78Nestor Raganit Raqueno, 53, of Lanai City, a former landscaper and Lanai Co. construction worker, died in Kahului. He was born in Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He is survived by wife Placida; sons J-Mar and Jesse J.; daughters Precy and Divina; mother Maria; brothers Orlando, Alex, John and Diosdado; sisters Paulina Racadio, Leticia Ilustrado, Lourdes Rafanan and Minda Barsatan; and four grandchildren. Overnight vigil: 6 p.m. Friday at the International Longshore and Warehouse Union Hall, Lanai City. Mass: 10 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Hearts Church, Lanai City. Burial to follow at Lanai Cemetery.
