Ronald Wesley "Ron" Gilbert, 70, of Wailua Homesteads, Kauai, owner of House of Noodles, died at home. He was born in California. He is survived by wife Phongpun "Pong" Gilbert, sons Desmond and Pholphak "Golf" Gilbert, daughters Alicia and Samantha Gilbert, and a grandchild. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Kapaa First Hawaiian Church. Services: 10 a.m.
