Charles Leonard "Charlie" Ratledge, 79, of Kaneohe, an Army retiree, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Tennessee. He is survived by wife Minuet; sons Barry Cooper, and Dana, Lewis, Mark "Keahi" and Maicah "Kamakana" Ratledge; daughters Diana Ivey, Sonya and Tamara Naumchik, and Melanie "Kanoe" Ratledge; brother Bill; and 12 grandchildren.
