Levi Michael Perkins, 62, of Waianae died in Pali Momi Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Larry Himalaya; brothers John, Tracy and Robert; and sisters Linda Perkins and Maile Apela. Scattering of ashes: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Waianae Boat Harbor. Loose flowers welcome.
