81Giovannina "JoAnn" Carnevale, 78, of Pukalani, Maui, a homemaker and former cashier at Woolworth's in Maui Mall, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born in Kansas City, Mo. She is survived by son Americo "Ben" Jr.; daughters Linda R. and Andrea J.; sisters Marie Bassham, Angeline Marshall and Jan Hankel; and three grandchildren.
