William Boyd Kaipo "Bill" Kinney, 74, of Wailua House Lots, Kauai, a retired Hawaii Air National Guard radar technician, died at home. He was born in Koloa, Kauai. He is survived by wife Marge K.; sons Kihapi'ilani and Kaipo; daughters Yvette Kahaunaele, Jessie Yamamoto-Kinney; stepson Anthony Mardonada; stepdaughters Kealoha Medeiros, Georgina Failautusi and Raimie Mardonada; brother Arthur K. Jr.; sister Vola L. McGwin; 16 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Friday at Kauai Veterans Center, Lihue. Celebration of life at noon.
