Winston Kaulana Sam Fong, 74, of St. George, Utah, died in St. George. He was born in Waimea, Kauai. He is survived by wife Wyoma; sons Kip, Duke and Wylder; daughters Cherie' Ho'opi'i, Ilona Robison and Ilima Sam Fong; a brother; three sisters; and 10 grandchildren.
