82Velma Alice McNeill, 91, of Kailua, a Kailua Intermediate School special-education teacher, died in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son William L.; daughters Gerry D. Burnham, Heather McNeill-Hodson and Bonnie R. McNeill; sister Laurabelle Butler; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
