Eric Hong Ching Chan, 83, of Honolulu, an architect and civil and structural engineer, died in St. Francis Hospice. He was born in China. He is survived by wife Jean; son Sajin; and daughters Gaye and Sonia Chan, and Nandita Sharma. No services. Donations suggested to St. Francis Hospice.
