Frank Mineyuki Hibino, also known as Frank Mineyuki Kosaki, 91, of Kaneohe, a former employee of Liberty House and Ko'olau GolfCourse, died in Hauula. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by daughters Joy Arakaki and Fay Hibino; brothers Richard, Kazuo and Albert Kosaki; and two grandchildren. Private services.
