Norman Manabu Okubo, 81, of Honolulu, a retired U.S. government supply technician at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and an Army veteran, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Gertrude M., son Stevenson H., brother Herbert N. and two grandchildren. Private services.
