77Seiyu Toguchi, 89, of Pepeekeo, Hawaii, a retired welder for the former Hilo Coast Processing Co., died in a private care home. He was born in Pepeekeo. He is survived by wife Yoshino; son John; daughters Karen Irie, Alice Toguchi-Matsuo, Elaine Chun and Sharon Yamasaki; sister Gladys Gushiken; eight grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Friday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Services: 10:30 a.m. Casual attire.
