Richard Wai Tuncq Lee, 93, of Honolulu, an IBM data processing manager and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Delores S.; son Steven; daughter Wendy Fong; brother Robert; sisters Eva Goo, Esther Chee and Mew Yin Chang; and three grandchildren. Private services.
