71Ruth In Won Salcedo, 90, of Honolulu, a retired Rattan Art Gallery seamstress, died in Oahu Care Facility. She was born in Kapoho, Hawaii. She is survived by daughters Gwen Goo, Mary Ann Bachlott and Frances Kinzel; sisters Esther Wong and Florence Babbit; brothers James Lee, and Samuel, Lawrence and Robert Chun; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
