Wayne Curtis Rice, 66, of Honolulu, an Army veteran who worked in the legal field, died in Honolulu. He was born in Washington. He is survived by companion Anthony Randall and sister Rosemary. Services to be held at a later date. Donations suggested to the Hawaiian Humane Society.
