Charles Sakachi Yoshida, 87, of Waipahu, a retired office equipment inspector for the Department of Defense and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in St. Francis Hospice West. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Fannie T., son David H., daughter Carol A. Kaneshige, sister Clara R. Yamaguchi, six grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services.
