Joe Wah Chang, 94, of Honolulu, a foreman loftsman and shipfitter, training coordinator and instructor, and an Army veteran, died in St. Francis Hospice. He was born in Hono-olulu. He is survived by daughters Sharon Chun and Jennifer Harty, sister Betty Yee, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Tuesday at Borthwick Mortuary.
