Roy Bruce Tillman, 92, of Kailua, a chief hospital corpsman, state air pollution inspector, stateNarcotics Enforcement Division investigator and a Navy veteran, died in Kailua. He was born in Berkeley, Calif. He is survived by son Craig, daughter Toni Kellcher and two grandchildren. Private services. Donations suggested to the Wounded Warrior Project or Shriners Hospital.
