JACQUELINE YOK LIN CHEW Jacqueline "Jackie" Chew, 86, of Honolulu, Hawai'i, died peacefully in her sleep on December 27, 2013. She was born May 8, 1927, in Puna, on the Big Island of Hawai'i. She is survived by her four daughters, Evelyn Ching, Marion Chew Leary, Kathryn Chew and Sandra Hill; brothers, Tom "Ah Kwock" Ho, Peter Ho; sisters, Muriel Leong, Betty Araujo, Billie Ching, Elizabeth Martin, and Janet Crabbe. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. Jackie formerly worked at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard as a Budget Analyst Supervisor. She loved sports, sushi, orchids and most of all, her family. She was compassionate to everyone and was always helpful to those around her. Visitation from 10:30 am, Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2014, at Borthwick Mortuary, Mauka Chapel. Services to follow 11:30 am.
