75Carol H. Tanaka, 80, of Honolulu, a retired state Department of Human Services secretary, died in Ewa Beach. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Ronald, daughters Laurie Chun and Cathy Tanaka, brother Nelson Takahashi, sister Jean Morita and two grandchildren. Private services.
