Donald Wayne Clemons, 87, of Aiea, a retired civil service structural inspector and a Navy retiree, died in Honolulu. He was born in Scott, Iowa. He is survived by wife Ann, sons Donald Jr. and Daniel, brothers Lester and Norval, and two grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Tuesday at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, Aiea.
