75Betty Lee, also known as "Kiyoko" and "Mikanashi," 87, of Honolulu, retired owner of Jin Wah Lee Nursery, died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Honohina, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Rolland S. and James S. "Jim," daughter Caroline S. Bischoff, caregiver Marie Jerks and six grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Diamond Head Mortuary.
