76Lucille Y. Nakamatsu, 71, of Lawai, Kauai, a teacher and registrar for Waimea High School, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. She was born in Waimea, Kauai. She is survived by husband Marshal, son Scott, daughter Kelly Valencia, sisters Brenda Denny and Diane Meyer, and two grandchildren. Private services.
