72Ralph Shigeo "Shaggy" Oshiro, 79, of Wailuku, a retired Hawaiian Commercial & Sugar Co. electrician and an Army veteran, died in Hale Makua Wailuku. He was born in Makawao, Maui. He is survived by sons Raynard and Mark, daughter Sonya Purdy, brother Henry M., sister Betty M. Kurisu, three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
