Nov. 12, 2013 Martin “Marty”Springel, 93, of Kailua, a retired electronics engineer and an Army veteran, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Philadelphia. He is survived by companion Maxine Evertte, son Steven, daughters Sharon Springel and Pamela Perryman, seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Services:12:45 p.m. Friday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
