74William K. Ahia III, 70, of Hilo, a retired heavy equipment operator for the County of Hawaii, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son William IV; daughter Jennifer Phelen; brothers Sam, Fred and Robert; and four grandchildren. Services:11 a.m. Saturday at Hilo Women’s Club, 7 Lele St., Hilo. Casual attire.
