81Francisca Castillo Tobalado, 88, of Kaneohe, a retired purchasing agent for the Department of the Navy, died in Pali Momi Medical Center. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by brother Jose "Rizal" Castillo and sister Maxima Domingo. Visitation: 4 p.m. Sunday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 5 p.m. Casual attire.
