Urban Naoyuki Otomo, 64, of Honolulu, a retired city Parks and Recreation Department groundskeeper and a Navy veteran who served in the VietnamWar, died in St. Francis Hospice. He was born in Papaikou, Hawaii. He is survived by brothers Charles H., Ronald T. and Richard S.; and sisters Doris K. Kinoshita and Julene K. Davis. Private services.
