74Mariano Rarugal Hernando, 71, of Waipahu died in Honolulu. He was born in Sarrat, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Rosita; sons Nelson, Joey and Ronald; daughters Lilibeth Johnson, Elsa Taclan and Laygie Bacarro; nine grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 6 p.m. Sunday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Additional visitation: 10:15 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 94-675 Farrington Highway, Waipahu. Mass: 11 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Valley of the Temples. Casual attire. No flowers.
