74Timothy Leo Palmer, 49, of Hilo died at home. He was born in Jersey City, N.J. He is survived by companion Robert Booth Jr., parents Clifton and Kathleen, brothers Kurt and Scott, and sister Jennifer. Celebration of life: 2 p.m. Saturday at Christ Lutheran Church, 595 Kapiolani St., Hilo. Casual attire.
