74Leonard Banasihan, 50, of Kekaha, Hawaii, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Kauai Veterans Hospital. He is survived by son Chavis; daughters Neomie Butac and Rockal and Rochelle Banasihan; brothers Eddie, Sam, Paul and Ricky; sisters Pat Banasihan and Annette Meranian; and five grandchildren. Services: 9-11 a.m. Saturday at St. Theresa in Kekaha, Kauai. Casual attire. No flowers.
