Wilfred Yutaka Shimotsu, 88, of Honolulu, a retired city Board of Water Supply inspector and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died at Hospice Hawaii Kailua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Ivy A., daughter Renee C. Michioka, a grandchild, two great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. Private services.
