Harry Teisuke Higa, 92, of Kailua, a retired heavy equipment mechanic for Peter Kiewit and an Army veteran, died in a private care home. He was born in Kailua. He is survived by wife Jean H., sons Blake and Keith, sister Nancy Yamauchi, three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Private services.
