78Richard Tsuneki "Richie Boy" Omija Jr., 58, of Honaunau, Hawaii, a retired Hawaii County construction inspector and road supervisor, died at home. He was born in Pahala, Hawaii. He is survived by wife LuciAnn, son Robert, daughters Rikki and Rachel, parents Richard and Thelma, brother Michael and sister Katie Hokama. Celebration of life: 10 a.m. Feb. 15 at Naalehu Community Center. Services: 11 a.m. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
