76Luisa J. Cariaga, 85, of Honolulu, a retired private care home operator, died in Honolulu. She was born in Solsona, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by sons Elmer and Edwin, daughter Madeline Lacamiento, brothers Elpidio and Diomedes Juan, seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
