Sixto Tandoc Basilio, 82, of Honolulu died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Pangasinan, Philippines. He is survived by wife Eufemia V., sons Artemio Basilio and Russ Reis, daughters Evelyn Columbres and Merlinda Santos, five grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 9 a.m. Tuesday at Co-Cathedral of St. Theresa. Mass: 11 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
