Phillip Delos Santos Perreira Jr., 77, of Honolulu, a Federal Aviation Administration flight service retiree and an Air Force veteran, died in Kailua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Elizabeth K.M., sons William D. and Kevin D. Kaneko, daughter Cheryl L. Scellato, brothers Winston and Leo Perreira, and sister Yolanda Keliikuli. Private services.
