80Caroline Montalvo, 76, of Pukalani, Maui, a retired certified nursing assistant at Hale Makua Kahului, died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Kapakalua, Maui. She is survived by sons Derrick, Lionel and Randy; daughters Debora Loque, Donna Montalvo and Janice Nishimura; brothers Joseph Costa and Robert De Costa; sisters Ethel Freitas and Elizabeth Perez; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Wednesday at St. Anthony Catholic Church. Services: 8 p.m. Additional visitation: 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the church.
