76Librada Cabotaje Lavin "Bading" Ancheta, 92, of Waipahu, a Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard retiree, died in Ewa Beach. She was born in Narvacan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. She is survived by sons David, Gilbert, Benjamin and Raymond; daughter Mary Ann; 11 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Thursday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel.
