75Ruth Chagami Otsuka, 94, of Aiea, a homemaker, died in Aiea. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Edward M.; daughters Patricia-Ann S. Otsuka-Spencer, Esther N. Ishihara and Pauline K. Nichols; stepson Paul Luke; sisters Kazuye "Lillian" Yamamoto, Betty T. Koizumi and Jennie N. Tsuchidana; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 10 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
