David Teruji Ishii, 79, of Kaneohe, a retired federal government plumber at Fort Shafter and an Army veteran, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Helen Y., brother Walter Y. and sisters Eleanor T. Ledward and Ann F. Ng. Visitation: 3 p.m. Saturday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 4 p.m. Casual attire.
