Vincent Mitsuru Tanaka, 63, of Honolulu, a retired HPC Foods sales manager, died at home. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Betty, son Brandon, daughter Erin and brother David. Services: 6 p.m. Feb. 22 at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Aloha attire.
