79John Melvin "Captain John" Callaway, 73, of Honolulu, owner of Callaway Hawaii, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Inglewood, Calif. He is survived by fiancee Mary Paulson, son Don H.B. and sisters Donna Blanchard and Suzanne Marshal. Private services.
