Cleotilde Romero Ganir, 80, of Waipahu, a homemaker, died in Waipahu. She was born in Sarrat, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by son Macario; daughters Charito Ng and Lorenza Parel; brothers Maximo, Mariano and Jose Romero; sisters Eufenia Romero-Atanacio and Rosario Romero-Jacinto; nine grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
