Alejandro Gerardo "Alex" Fernandez, 61, of Pearl City, a chef, died. He was born in Costa Rica. He is survived by wife Miriam Z., son Blayne K. Zakahi, daughter Shari S. Zakahi, mother Dily McGuire, two sisters and two grandchildren. Private services.
