69Arnold Marcos Tomas, 47, of Kahului, a construction industry worker, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by sons Keoni, Kekoa and Kawika Vinuya-Tomas; daughters Azza and Cadye Vinuya-Tomas; father Victor Sr.; brother Nelson; and sisters Marivic Orpilla and Kharen Tomas.
