81Lolita Silva "Lee" Allas, 71, of Honolulu, a retired Department of Defense secretary, died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Paul; sons Paul Jr., Kevin and Keith; brothers Romeo, Dennis, Leslie, Alvin, Clark and Barry Silva; sisters Miriam Maio, Yolanda Dunn, and Natalie and Edwina Silva; and four grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Aloha attire.
