74Alvin Dewain Kamaikalani Bugbee, 66, of Kailua, a ranch worker, died in Waimanalo. He was born in Hawaii. He is survived by daughter Angela W. Burrell, sisters Puaala Fisher and Grace L. Bacon, and two grandchildren. Private services.
