79Connie "Tu Tu Connie" Velarde, 75, of Kalaheo, Kauai, a homemaker, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. She was born in Indiana. She is survived by daughters Kim Depiero, Tracy Roma and Julie Ann MacQueen; brothers Charles Wimmer, and Jimmy and John Jumper; and four grandchildren. Celebration of life: 3 p.m. Sunday at Salt Pond Beach Park, third pavilion. Services: 4 p.m.
