80Federico R. Palacio, 90, of Numila, Kauai, a McBryde Sugar Co. seed cutter, died in Garden Isle Healthcare. He was born in Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by sons Rey, Vincent, Benjamin, Valentino and Edwin Palacio, and Aurilio Mina Jr.; daughters S. Kuulei Aloha Mina and Donna Lau-Laranio; 51 grandchildren; 95 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Tuesday at Garden Island Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Burial to follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
